1. About ACHT MART

ACHT MART (operated by All Care Herbal Traders, registered office at 12/20, Soosainagar 3rd Street, Vilangudi, Madurai 625018, Tamil Nadu) is an Indian e-commerce business offering Ayurvedic and herbal wellness products, with an associated points-based loyalty program for members.

2. Points are not money

The membership program runs on points. Points are an internal loyalty unit and are not currency. Specifically:

• 1 point = 1 point. Points have no rupee value and no exchange rate to any currency.
• Points cannot be redeemed for cash, transferred to a bank account, sold, or transferred between members.
• No money is paid or received as part of the points program itself. Members do not earn cash for referrals or for downline growth.
• Points may be redeemed only for the published reward gifts at the published level milestones, subject to availability.
• Reward gifts are physical goods supplied by ACHT MART; their commercial value is not transferable to other members and is not paid in cash.
• Points are forfeited on account closure. Reward gifts already delivered to the member remain with the member.

3. Account eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and resident in India to create an account.

4. Product pricing & taxes

Product purchases on the storefront are priced in points for display, with the corresponding GST included on every invoice in the manner required by Indian tax law. Product sales and the points program are operated as separate activities.

5. Buyback / refund policy

You may return any product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product, provided the product is in saleable condition. See the buyback policy for details. Points credited in connection with a returned order may be reversed.

6. Points program structure

Each member has exactly two referral slots — a Left and a Right. The member who places a new joiner directly below them earns 200 points for that placement. The first time an ancestor's Left and Right legs both contain at least one member, the ancestor receives a one-time 500-point first-pair bonus. Every additional pair formed in an ancestor's downline (an increase in the smaller of the two leg sizes) earns the ancestor 200 points when the new joiner sits within 15 levels below them, and 100 points when the joiner is at level 16 or deeper.

Reward gifts are unlocked at fixed level milestones (as published on the affiliate page). The state of the tree is evaluated once per day at a daily cutoff and gifts are dispatched after the cutoff has confirmed the level.

7. No guaranteed benefit

No specific number of referrals, no specific level of points, and no specific delivery of any reward gift is guaranteed. Filling Left and Right slots and downline growth are activities performed by other members and are outside the control of any individual member. We do not promise income, returns, or gift delivery to any member.

8. Prohibited conduct

You must not (a) make false health claims about products, (b) represent points as money or as having any cash value, (c) offer or imply guaranteed gifts, income, or returns to people you refer, (d) sell or transfer your member account, or (e) impersonate ACHT MART. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that engage in such conduct, with forfeiture of any unredeemed points.

9. Limitation of liability

Our liability for any claim is limited to the value of the physical product purchased. Points carry no monetary value and no liability attaches to forfeited or unredeemed points.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Madurai, Tamil Nadu.
